Advertising Policy

Effective Date: November 3, 2025

Paidwork Ads helps brands reach a global community of verified earners. This Advertising Policy explains the standards we require for every campaign so that ads remain trustworthy, relevant, and compliant with applicable laws.

1. Our Advertising Principles

We expect every advertiser and partner to uphold the following principles:

  • User trust first: Campaigns must be honest, clearly identify the advertiser, and avoid misleading claims or manipulative tactics.
  • Transparency: Disclosures, call-to-action language, and landing pages must accurately describe the product or offer without hidden conditions.
  • Legal compliance: Ads must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the regions where they are shown, including advertising, consumer protection, and industry-specific requirements.

2. Content and Creative Standards

The following content is prohibited or restricted on Paidwork Ads:

  • Illegal products or services, including counterfeit goods or activities that facilitate fraud.
  • Adult, hateful, violent, or discriminatory content, including imagery that may be shocking or exploitative.
  • Deceptive earnings opportunities, multi-level marketing schemes, or unrealistic financial promises.
  • Medical, financial, or legal claims that cannot be substantiated with verifiable evidence.
We may request supporting documentation before approving a campaign.

3. Data, Targeting, and Measurement

Paidwork limits the use of personal data for advertising. Advertisers must:

  • Use targeting segments provided or approved by Paidwork. Custom audience uploads must have appropriate user consent.
  • Avoid combining Paidwork reporting with other datasets in a manner that attempts to identify individual users.
  • Only deploy pixels, SDKs, or third-party tags that have been reviewed and approved by Paidwork.
We provide aggregated reporting to protect user privacy.

4. Review, Monitoring, and Retention

All creatives, targeting parameters, and landing pages undergo pre-flight review. Paidwork reserves the right to pause or request edits at any time if a campaign no longer meets our standards. Advertisers must keep records of campaign materials and approvals for at least 12 months and provide them to Paidwork upon request.

5. Enforcement and Reporting

Paidwork may reject, suspend, or terminate campaigns that violate this policy. Serious or repeated violations can result in account suspension or removal from the Paidwork Ads program. If you believe an ad violates this policy, please report it via the in-product feedback link or contact us directly.
