These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Paidwork website (https://paidwork.com) and all related services, applications, and features (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account, accessing the Services, or participating in any activities facilitated by Paidwork, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms or do not meet the eligibility requirements specified below, you must immediately cease using the Services.

- Account: Refers to the registered user profile that enables access to Paidwork’s Services, including task completion and earnings tracking.
- Content: Includes any text, images, videos, software, or other materials provided by Paidwork or uploaded by users as part of their interaction with the platform.
- Cryptocurrency: A digital asset, specifically the Worken token, which serves as the sole withdrawal method for user earnings on the platform.
- Earnings: Monetary rewards or equivalent cryptocurrency compensation users accumulate by completing tasks or participating in Paidwork activities.
- Services: The functionalities and offerings of Paidwork, including the platform for earning Worken, accessing resources, and tracking performance.
- User: Any individual who accesses, registers for, or interacts with Paidwork Services.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Age and Jurisdiction
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. However, individuals aged 13 to 17 years may use the Services only with the consent and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
By creating an account, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old; or
- If you are between 13 and 17 years old, you have obtained permission from your parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf and assumes responsibility for your use of the Services.
2.2 Parental or Guardian Responsibility
If you permit a minor to use Paidwork, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are fully responsible for their activity on the platform.
- All earnings, withdrawals, and interactions are conducted with your consent and supervision.
- Paidwork is not liable for any unauthorized actions taken by the minor.
Paidwork reserves the right to request proof of parental or guardian consent at any time and may suspend or terminate accounts that fail to provide such proof.
2.2 Compliance with Laws
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, regulations, and ordinances. Paidwork may, at its sole discretion, refuse service, suspend accounts, or terminate access if it believes your actions violate any laws or these Terms.
3. Account Registration and Management
3.1 Account Creation
To utilize Paidwork’s features, you must create an account by providing accurate and current information, including your email address and password. Your account is personal and non-transferable. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate suspension or termination.
3.2 Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and any associated cryptocurrency wallet details. All activities performed under your account are considered your responsibility. Paidwork is not liable for any unauthorized access, loss, or damage resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
4. Services Provider
4.1 Overview
Paidwork allows users to earn money by playing games, watching videos, filling surveys, completing various tasks, engaging with online content, and participating in other incentivized activities. The nature and scope of available tasks are subject to change based on Paidwork’s discretion, demand, and user engagement.
4.2 Earnings System
Earnings are calculated based on task completion rates, user performance, and platform-specific metrics. Earnings are provisional until validated by Paidwork’s internal systems. Paidwork reserves the right to modify earning structures, quotas, or requirements at any time without prior notice.
4.3 Withdrawals
Withdrawals from the Paidwork platform are exclusively processed in Worken cryptocurrency. Users must provide a valid cryptocurrency wallet address to complete the withdrawal process.
- Cryptocurrency transactions are subject to network fees and processing times determined by the blockchain.
- Once a withdrawal is submitted, Paidwork cannot reverse or modify the transaction due to the immutable nature of blockchain technology.
- It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that the provided wallet address is accurate and compatible with Worken.
5. User Obligations and Acceptable Use
5.1 Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Engaging in fraudulent behavior, including manipulating tasks or earnings.
- Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
- Uploading or sharing content containing malware, viruses, or harmful code.
- Attempting to disrupt the normal operation of the platform, such as by exploiting vulnerabilities or performing unauthorized access attempts.
5.2 Compliance with Task Rules
Each task provided through the platform may have specific guidelines or instructions. Users must adhere to these requirements to qualify for earnings. Paidwork reserves the right to disqualify tasks completed improperly or fraudulently.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1 Ownership
All materials provided by Paidwork, including the website design, logos, graphics, software, and original content, are the intellectual property of Paidwork LLC or its licensors. These materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6.2 Limited License
Paidwork grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on Paidwork’s intellectual property without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Paidwork disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
- Paidwork is not responsible for losses or damages resulting from blockchain network failures, incorrect wallet addresses, or cryptocurrency market fluctuations.
In no event shall Paidwork’s liability exceed the total earnings accrued in your account over the three (3) months preceding the claim.
8. Termination of Services
8.1 By Paidwork
Paidwork reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice for any reason, including:
- Violations of these Terms.
- Evidence of fraudulent or illegal activities.
- Failure to comply with task or withdrawal requirements.
8.2 By User
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon termination, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with Paidwork’s standard procedures, provided no prohibited activities are involved.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
9.1 Arbitration
All disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Arbitration will take place in Sacramento, California, and the arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding.
10. Changes to Terms
Paidwork reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the website. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
